Designed a net-new dashboard widget for an active modernization effort that gives adjudicators their first unified view of outbound letter packet statuses — replacing a manual, fragmented status-checking process with a real-time correspondence tracker surfacing what's in transit, needs action, failed to deliver, or is awaiting finalization. Designed as a focused, scannable component that fits naturally into an existing claims workflow.

Leading UI/UX design for an active modernization effort replacing a slow, manual claim return process. The existing system required workers to re-enter significant amounts of information for returns they received no credit toward — creating friction and lost productivity. The redesigned system automatically routes claims back to the last assigned worker, surfaces exactly what is missing and why, and provides a clear queue of returns assigned to each user — reducing processing time and eliminating the burden of redundant data entry.
